Dockless Mobility Evaluation Study

Denver, Colorado

The Dockless Mobility Vehicle Evaluation Study provided the City and County of Denver with quantitative and qualitative data to help staff, stakeholders, and the City Council understand how the pilot program functioned and if any adjustments needed to be made should a permanent program continue in the future. Consor staff observed more than 1,500 scooter interactions (including interactions with pedestrians and traffic), conducted public outreach intercept surveys, observed scooter parking compliance, and analyzed scooter utilization data from provider application programming interfaces (APIs). Consor’s team is one of the few that have experience evaluating the impacts of new innovations and ability to meaningfully meet citywide mobility goals, analyzing if new services are seamlessly being integrated within Denver’s transportation system.
