Troutman Boulevard/Clearmont Street

Palm Bay, Florida

Consor provided design and public involvement services for the highly publicized, four-lane divided urban arterial realignment of Troutman Boulevard in support of the $100M Harris Technology Center campus reconfiguration. The project also included lane and median re-configurations on Clearmont Street. The drainage is treated to a higher quality of standards due to the outfall leading into Turkey Creek. Landscaping was included to beautify the new Harris entrance. A major utility project included the burial of many lines to clean up the area. Lastly, a new signal was designed to provide protected access to the Sleepy Hollow neighborhood.
