SR-85, Mountain View Corridor; 4100 S. to SR-201

This multi-year project completed another phase of the Mountain View Corridor between 4100 South and SR-201, adding a new arterial that greatly improved freeway access throughout Salt Lake County. The four-mile extension of this corridor includes four lanes of Portland cement concrete pavement (PCCP) roadway, 13 new bridges, six new pedestrian bridges, new walking and biking trails, and 2.4 million cubic yards of earthwork. Consor augmented UDOT’s construction management staff, performing structural and roadway inspections, materials testing, and closeout assistance.
