CONSOR was contracted for five years by the USACE Jacksonville District to provide continuing diving inspection and construction services at various culverts, canals, levees, locks, spillways, and waterfront structures. The contract included 22 task orders at various Florida facilities, including Pumping Station 319, Moore Haven Lock and Spillway, Canaveral Lock, Franklin Lock and Spillway, Herbert Hoover Dike, Ortona Lock and Spillway, and St. Lucie Lock. Typical projects included work at a pump station, inspection of spillway sheet piling and structural integrity, overall lock inspection, dewatering operations, and inspection and cleaning of spillway structures. Each inspection required an in-depth engineering report with CAD drawings.
